GL Design Build provides home renovation, remodeling, and construction services in the Seattle and Puget Sound area. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Home remodeling and renovation
• Kitchen and bathroom remodeling
• Basement finishing and remodeling
• Deck and pergola construction
• New construction projects
• Design and engineering services

3. Estimates and Contracts

All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A formal contract must be signed before work begins. Payment terms and project timelines will be specified in the contract.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your project contract. We typically require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments throughout the project and final payment upon completion.

5. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.

6. Warranty

GL Design Build provides a warranty on all workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your project contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

GL Design Build's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
